This role will be based out of Marshall+Sterling’s Shelton, Connecticut Office
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading the overall success of the region by developing sales talent, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional client service. This role partners closely with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives, build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners, and cultivate a high-performing team that supports Marshall+Sterling's mission and long-term objectives.
College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven sales and management skills.
Excellent organizational and management skills.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Experience with Vertafore a plus.
Ability to delegate effectively.
Works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner.
Appropriate state insurance licenses and continuing education required.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Total Rewards Package:
Compensation: $250,000 - $275,000+, based on demonstrated insurance sales experience and measurable achievements.
