Job Summary:
The UKG Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, with a primary focus on Timekeeper, Accruals & Absence Management, and Attendance modules. The consultant will lead requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support while partnering with client stakeholders to deliver workforce management solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Implement and configure UKG Pro WFM solutions, including Timekeeper, Accruals & Absence Management, and Attendance modules.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and document functional and technical requirements.
Design, configure, test, and deploy workforce management solutions to meet client business needs.
Manage the full project lifecycle, including business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Provide strategic guidance and best practices for UKG Workforce Management implementations.
Conduct workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders to define objectives and solution requirements.
Configure and maintain workforce management rules, pay policies, schedules, accrual plans, and attendance programs.
Support integration design and implementation activities involving UKG, Kronos WIM, Dell Boomi, and other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support as needed.
Collaborate with business users, client leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation to support adoption and ongoing operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within workforce management functions.
Support testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Ensure solutions align with workforce management best practices and client business requirements.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions .
Proven expertise with Timekeeper, Accruals & Absence Management, and Attendance modules.
Strong understanding of Workforce Dimensions and workforce management processes.
Experience leading full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering through production deployment.
Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in large, complex environments with multiple vendors and client stakeholders.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable workforce management solutions.
Experience with Kronos WIM and/or Dell Boomi integrations is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
Certifications Required:
Preferred UKG Pro WFM Certifications and/or Kronos Workforce Management Certifications
