The Subsurface Market Manager is a hybrid role combining the management of operational field personnel and business development activities. This position is responsible for the management and performance of Penhalls field-based Subsurface Analysts working out of Branch locations, while also serving as a business development representative to expand client relationships, widen market share and grow revenue.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation and experience in performing concrete and subsurface scanning investigations, has a customer-first mindset, and possesses the communication skills and business acumen necessary to identify opportunities, educate clients, and build long-term partnerships. Additionally, the position has a focus on working closely with Branch Leadership, Account Managers and Regional Business Development roles to coordinate BD Subsurface activities.
