Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Engineer with 5 7 years of experience in high-volume medical device manufacturing, with strong hands-on experience supporting molding processes and quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support molding process setup, operations, test runs, and product quality testing.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA for molding/manufacturing processes.
• Perform DOE and process characterization to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Investigate quality and yield issues using structured root-cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Drive continuous improvement and yield improvement activities.
• Analyze test/process data and prepare records, charts, graphs, and technical reports.
• Provide quality support to process development and engineering teams.
• Interface with customers and cross-functional manufacturing/quality teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 5 7 years of Quality Engineering experience
• Medical device manufacturing experience
• Hands-on Molding / Injection Molding process experience
• PFMEA
• DOE & Process Characterization
• ISO 13485
• Quality testing and process validation
• Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement
• Strong communication and customer-interface skills
• B.E. / Engineering degree
