Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dependable Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to join our growing team serving clients throughout Hudson, New Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, and Bayonet Point, Florida.

As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their daily care needs while helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life. If you are passionate about providing hands-on care and making a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Communicate patient concerns and changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Support patients with meal assistance and other daily care needs
• Follow all safety protocols and care plans to ensure quality patient care

What We're Looking For

• Current Patient Care Technician (PCT), CNA, or related healthcare certification preferred
• Previous patient care or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background screening
