Salary: $129,000 - 129,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management, Design Management, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
• We require at least two years of employment experience in the Management Analyst occupation.
• We require two years of experience applying strong analytical methods, including building financial models, developing budgeting strategies, conducting competitive research and benchmarking, and performing market segmentation and sizing.
• We require two years of experience with excellent communication skills, including working effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels and conveying information through presentations, messaging, and other communication platforms.
• We require two years of familiarity with Asian media consumption platforms, including WeChat, Weibo, and Line.

• We apply management analysis methods, modeling and simulation tools, and technical techniques to evaluate the strategic development of the New York market.
• We analyze market information, financial data, and other sources, including internal consumer data, external materials, focus group interviews, and onsite observations, to generate insights and support new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
• We research and identify new business opportunities in the New York market and recommend alternative approaches and growth opportunities to our business development director and corporate leadership.
• We conduct gap analysis based on our long-term goals to identify opportunities and areas of weakness that need to be addressed.
• We support the development of strategies and procedures that strengthen our New York market value, drive growth, and help mitigate risk.
• We prepare written reports and deliver oral presentations on organizational research, internal analysis findings, and business opportunities to directors, internal staff, and external clients, and we consult with managers to ensure issues are resolved and changes are effective.
• We plan and execute improvements to our branding and marketing campaign processes for the Asian American target audience through online and offline channels.
• We use WeChat as our primary messaging platform to engage the target market and gather timely consumer insights and market outlooks.
• We manage and strengthen our existing partnership with the United Nations in New York.
• We review and develop potential client relationships and business opportunities in New York.
• We supervise and coordinate the work of two direct reports: an Operations Research Analyst and a Market Research Analyst/Marketing Specialist.
• We perform up to 5% domestic and international travel, including approximately 2 to 5 trips per year.
