He is wheelchair bound, limited speech, hemiplegic, neurological and/or behavioral health experience a must. Available Shifts in Park City:

• Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 7pm
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1pm - 7pm
• Saturday, Sunday & Monday 7pm - 7am

We are looking for an RN who is interested in the following:

• Medication set up and oversight

Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care * Provide in home assessments * Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed * Collaborate with client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns * Total personal cares Benefits We Offer to RN: At BrightStar Care we value each of our employees and care about their well-being. Joint Commission Accredited RN Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year nursing experience with neurological experience
• Must have at least 1 year nursing experience in home
