Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator - Plainfield

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Plainfield. This role is essential for the warehouse operations, focusing on picking, preparing, moving, and staging products for shipment. Shift Patterns

• Second shift: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 P.M. to 5:30 A.M.

Pay Rates

• 21.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions

Desirable Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer or warehouse management system experience

Role for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
• Pick, prepare, and verify product quantities and types for shipment
• Sort, store, and stage products in racks, shelves, or bins
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials using warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all operating procedures

Location : Plainfield. This position is based in a key logistics hub.
