Job Description

Associate Principal Scientist position in Value & Implementation Outcomes Research focused on HIV. Responsible for designing and executing real-world evidence studies, health economic analyses, and reimbursement dossiers to support product value demonstration globally.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage prospective and retrospective observational studies characterizing disease burden, treatment patterns, and healthcare resource utilization
• Develop American Managed Care Pharmacy dossiers and Global Value Dossiers for payers and health technology assessment agencies
• Author study protocols, measurement tools, data analysis plans, reports, and scientific publications with internal and external collaborators
• Oversee study budgets, contracting, and external vendor management while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Support country affiliates in customizing outcomes research documents and health-economic evaluations per local requirements

Requirements

• Master's degree in health services research, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, or pharmacy administration
• One to three years post-master's or one or more years post-doctoral experience
• Expertise in epidemiology, health economics, meta-analysis, and observational study design
• Strong scientific writing and presentation skills for academic and payer audiences
• Project management and vendor/partner oversight capabilities
• Stakeholder relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Doctoral degree (PhD, MD, DrPH, ScD, PharmD) preferred

Compensation: $156,900-$247,000 base
