Document and Information Management.  Maintain strict adherence to project document control processes, ensuring all drawings, specifications, logs, and records are accurate, current, and compliant with company standards.
Manage Submittals, RFIs, and Change Documentation.  Process submittals and RFI responses to support fabrication and field production activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
Procurement and Resource Coordination.  Assist with purchase orders, subcontract coordination, material tracking, and delivery logistics to support efficient project execution.

Change and Risk Support.  Support the identification, documentation, and tracking of changes, risks, and delays, assisting with mitigation strategies and change order development.
Financial Process Support.  Assist with invoice review, cost tracking, forecasting inputs, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with project budgets and profitability goals.
Client and Stakeholder Coordination.  Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, supporting the Project Manager in ensuring responsiveness and transparency.
Meeting and Communication Management.  Lead or support project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
Project Closeout Support.  Assist in managing project closeout activities, including documentation, punch list coordination, and turnover requirements.
